As we are still looking to find just the right local wine to meet our high standards, we are currently using well known and loved wines such as Brown Brothers or Wolf Blass for example. We are happy for you to nominate your preferred wine, “Brown Brothers Crouchen Sauvignon Blanc” is our personal preference as it is a lovely wine that appeals to most palates, and presents superbly, as does the Wolf Blass Yellow Label range, which we also use.
